Why should I hire you instead of someone else?

Whereas most people started during COVID-19, we’ve been professionally live streaming weddings for over 4 years and have both the experience and the equipment to make sure your wedding is captured beautifully.

We’ve captured weddings all across the U.S. (11 states and counting) and been recognized by USA Today, The Budget Savvy Bride, Jamie Wolfer, and a whole lot more!

You only get one take to share your wedding day with family and friends - Wouldn’t you want to make sure that it’s a good one?

How does live streaming work?

We capture your wedding using multiple, professional video cameras (usually 3-4) and switch between them to make sure everything is captured perfectly.

We can also incorporate your DJ’s audio or use our own microphones so family and friends can hear every special moment loud and clear.

You also have the option to include additional services like a Digital Guest Book, Virtual Guest Interviews, 4K recording and more!

For live streaming, what if my venue doesn’t have Wi-Fi?

We have hotspots from every major US carrier along with cellular bonding technology that allows us to combine multiple hotspots together. We have NEVER been unable to live stream due to lack of connectivity.

How and when will I get my video?

• LIVE STREAMING: The recording of your live stream is available same day.

• WEDDING FILMS: Your wedding film is provided 8-10 weeks after the wedding.

How does music work for the wedding film?

Music for our wedding films is found on musicbed.com and most couples defer to our creative preference. If you have a vibe in mind, feel free to browse musicbed.com and send us a few options so we know what style you like :)

Can we get ALL the footage in addition to an edited video?

Yes! One of the add-ons to our base videography package gives you all the footage we’ve captured through the day minus any shaky or unusable shots.

How is audio captured and incorporated?

Sound is really important to us. We can get sound from your DJ, a venue’s sound system, or just bring our own microphones. Whatever the setup, we always make sure you can be heard crystal clear.

What’s needed to reserve my date?

We require a $1,000 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to reserve your date. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks before the wedding

How does payment work?

We accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards. If you need a custom payment schedule, let us know!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

By reserving your date, we are saying “no” to other couples who may be interested. If you cancel completely, you will be refunded however much you’ve paid minus the $1,000 retainer which is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, no worries! We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date and be flexible. If your new date is more than a year out, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee.

What happens if we need more hours than originally booked?

We will NEVER leave you hanging on your wedding day. If you would like us to stay for additional hours onsite, we charge an hourly rate and request that payment is provided prior to the video being delivered.

How do meals work? Do you ever eat?

Yep:) we ask that food be provided during the reception or that we’re given an hour to leave and grab food. In terms of timing, we eat when you eat to make sure we’re not missing out on any of the major moments of the day.

Can anyone online see my live stream?

Nope. We provide you with a private streaming page that is visible only to those with whom you’ve shared the link.
